Health and Fitness are an integral part of Graham’s life. Graham has over 30 years of endurance exercise experience. With a strong background in running and triathlons, keeping fit is a priority and helping people from all walks of life believe in themselves and push through the barriers is what Graham does well. A fully qualified RPM and Sprint instructor, Graham will push your fitness to new heights.

She has a passion for motivating others and being active is the reason she started teaching Group Fitness.

She enjoys all the classes but BODYBALANCE has to be her favourite.

Hariata has gained her qualifications through the Australian Institute of Fitness. Born and bred in Taupo, she has participated and coached all kinds of sports ranging from waka ama, squash, touch and netball.
She has a passion for health and fitness and knows how determined you need to be to change your body shape and to do well in any given sport. Hariata’s aim is to inspire and encourage others to feel and look better by coaching better eating habits and urging people to become more active.

“Health, Fitness and Sports have always been a passion of mine from a young age. My obsession for knowledge started at college studying sports science and I am always looking for opportunities to learn about the latest Fitness methods and techniques.
My favourite aspect of this job is the day to day interaction with members and clients, getting to know them and building friendships rather than a trainer – client relationship.
I am also currently teaching CT Circuit and Express classes, loving the intensity and dynamic change that these classes bring.”
Logan has always been into sports and training at the gym enhances that. Logan loves to always learn as much as he can about Health and Fitness Training, and the benefits of the right nutrition for optimal performance.
Logan has had to overcome some serious injuries from activities like mountain biking, motocross and a car accident. The experience of being deferred from one health provider to another drove Logan to research more about rehabilitation and apply it to himself with tremendous results. This gave him a passion to help others who have had injuries, and want to regain their physical capabilities and more.
Logan’s other passion is to help women achieve their weight loss goals through a ‘realistic lifestyle approach.’ “Weight loss should not be a fight with food. Don’t put off for another tomorrow what can be done today.”
A little about me… I live, love and breathe all things health and fitness. I am a qualified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor and I have been teaching a wide range of programs for almost 15 years.
It’s hard to call it a job when it’s really my passion. However, I consider this job one of the best in the world as I am able to share these fantastic exercises that I’m passionate about with others!
My aspiration in life is continually learning and growing as a professional in an industry that is constantly evolving, helping people to move better, feel stronger, and to show people that little by little, step by step, you can make enormous, positive and a long lasting impact on your life.
A little about me… I gained my Personal Training Diploma from New Zealand Institute of Health and Fitness.
I’ve always had a deep passion for helping others and this is what motivates me to help you. I used to have low confidence and self esteem which gave me a burning desire to change myself both physically and mentally. Through my own journey and seeing the positive changes within myself drives me to want to help others achieve the same.
